There are some pretty awesome comics here… I just wish they weren’t all PDFs.

It’s a tough call.

Another spiffy webcomic. The artwork’s a little bright and shiny (glossy?) for my tastes, but that’s just me.

For the strips that feature more than two or three characters, it gets a little tricky when the dialogue jumps from speaker to speaker. Still, it sometimes makes for interesting compositions.

Another Saturday, another link to some neato comics.

I hope Mr. Kurtz doesn’t mind my linking to two great 80s tastes that taste great together.

Somewhere, they probably do.

… it makes sense to post a link to another 24-hour comic.

As a consequence of my recent adventures in sleep-deprivation, today’s comic will be up some time tomorrow. Sorry!

If you’re wondering what make that red car in the background is, it’s a ’92 Generic.

This little detour wasn’t planned, but sometimes you gotta follow your gut/fever dreams. Besides, it’s about time we see what’s inside there.

Bazooka Joe comics! (Found via Drawn!)

Funny time for me to remember that I hate drawing bookshelves.

You can practically smell the camaraderie.

Comic for 06-15-05

All sorts of books, indeed.

I’m only part-way through the vast Narbonic archives, but I like what I’ve seen. For a limited time, you can check ’em out free of charge, so get readin’.

Comic for 06-17-05

Those are some catchy titles, if you ask me.

Okay, so it looks like several fine comics from the Modern Tales family are free for you to peruse now, for a limited time. Go forth, and read!

Here’s an impressive comic that’s educational and depressing.

Art historians will refer to this as my “people looking into boxes full of stuff” period. They’ll also note that this is the point where I went insane, having drawn one fully-stocked bookshelf too many.

I, too, am an inveterate fiddler.

(Upon reflection, that sounds vaguely dirty.)

Comic for 06-22-05

Today’s comic might just be my new favorite.

You’ll want to watch this video a few times just to catch all the little things going on.

Comic for 06-24-05

I’d planned to use a cyrillic-esque font for the “bull” line in today’s comic, but I couldn’t find any that looked good. So, just imagine that line being said with a cheesy russian accent.

Also! Bonus comic over at “Whispered Apologies“. Art by me, words by Joey Comeau of “A Softer World” (I think you’ll like what he came up with!)

Le chat est sur le garçon de pizza.

(Mildly not-safe-for-work, I suppose.)

Here’s a fantasy-themed webcomic you might like. It’s a little early to judge the writing, but the artwork’s quite keen.

Comic for 06-27-05

Today’s comic is both fontastic and onomaterrific.

Apparently, cats and kitchen appliances do not mix.

Warning: cuteness ahead.
